If you have previously worked as a Laborer, there may be Annuity contributions previously made on your behalf by employers you worked for. Even if you haven't worked as a Laborer or participated in your Local Union for an extended period of time, you may be entitled to receive a lump sum payout once you meet eligibility requirement of less than 1,000 worked hours in the last 24 consecutive months. If you believe this applies to you, please contact the Annuity Department at the Trust Fund Office.
